The location of the hotel was perfect for our celebratory stay with easy access to dining and a special curbside check-in feature. The rooms were not initially ready when we arrived, and some areas smelled bad, possibly due to being close to the elevator and pool/beach downstairs. Service was a mixed experience, with friendly help but some issues post-checkout and lack of accountability. The dining options, including Starbucks delivery, were enjoyable, but there were some grievances about attitude and blame shifting in service. Overall, the location and dining were highlights, while room readiness and service accountability were lacking.
The hotel had a beautiful ocean view and was very spacious and comfortable. However, the cleanliness fell short as the room was a bit dusty and the baseboards dirty. The service was polite and amazing, especially the lady at checkout. The location was excellent, feeling like a home with great amenities like a bar onsite and walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and a water park. The dining experience was enjoyable, particularly with the option of delivery from Starbucks. Overall, great value for money despite some cleanliness issues.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel, with stunning oceanfront views from my room and wonderful service from the staff. However, the lack of proper curtains in the room made it hard to fall asleep quickly. The location near the convention center was perfect for me.
